Not sure what these little buggers are but they are everywhere. They fly around attached like a fighter plane to a tanker (probably mating). They resemble small dragon flies but we're not real sure what they are. Any 
entomologists out there?
We are borrowing Bill & Staci's Hudson River/lake Champlain charts and they had annotated the anchorage at Converse Bay as "weedy". Quite an understatement!!
Encountered a buoy like no other...couldn't find the tap, though.
