As we were making our way up the lake towards Burlington, VT, flocks of geese in near-perfect "V" formations flew by us. They were all within inches of the water rather than up high. There were easily twenty of these formations over a ten minute period all headed in the same direction. It was interesting to watch as they formed up and changed directions in unison.
